# Reverted PRs

> Count of PRs that revert previous changes

## How it works

Counts merged pull requests that undo previous changes. Weave detects reverts from PR titles (for example, `Revert "..."` titles or titles that contain the word "revert", "reverts", or "reverting"), then uses the title and description, such as GitHub's auto-generated `Reverts owner/repo#123` text, to link each revert to the PR it undid.

## Interpretation

Reverts can indicate bugs that slipped through review, production incidents, or intentional rollbacks (delayed feature launches, A/B test results, changed requirements).
