How it works
Measures the total code output of open, non-draft PRs that have a pending review request: a reviewer or team was asked to review and hasn’t reviewed since the request. A PR with more than one pending request is counted once per request.A request stops counting once the requested reviewer (or, for a team request,
an eligible team member) reviews the PR, or once the PR is merged, closed, or
converted to a draft. This is a snapshot of the current backlog.
